The company was founded in 1985 for the purpose of trading in agricultural crops.
The main transactions for the company were inside the Arab republic of Egypt including selling, buying, storing and manufacturing crops.
In 1994 and due to the process achieved and the experience gained the company in all fields related to trading and manufacturing crops Mr.saleh khalifa founder and owner of the company adopted a policy of opening new markets for both exporting and importing crops.
